As someone who just recently purchased a espresso machine, great work! I’m finding it particularly difficult to even get the foam made directly 😂

I found that I improved a lot over time, but with the gaggia classic I can never steam the milk consistently, so sometimes it comes out beautifully and other times I revert back to foam-dick
