My stepdad and I both grow peppers. He planted these recently and lost the tag. Now he can’t remember what they are! I was thinking Anaheim but they’re pretty skinny. Any help is much appreciated 🙂

Yeah, that part is pepper. The other things are leaves.

Looks like a long cayenne. But if it is Anaheim then it is deficient is something or the plant just wasn’t big enough yet. I think it’s going to end up being a medium heat pepper like a Cayenne

Too many hybrids out there now for anyone to be able to nail the actual name. It’s definitely some type of long cayenne. The plant leaves in the background and the pepper itself look pretty healthy so I doubt there is any type of issue causing that formation. It’s a long cayenne variety.
