Lamb massaman curry

  1. Kind of winged this using inspiration from a few recipes, probably not authentic.

    Fried off some shop bought massaman paste from the Asian supermarket, added diced lamb and browned, added a can of coconut milk and some lamb stock. Cooked covered for over a hour, added halved small potatoes, cooked for a further 30 mins, seasoned with Thai fish sauce and palm sugar, topped with crushed peanuts.

    House smelt amazing, was really impressed with how soft the lamb add potato went, but i went a bit giddy with the paste and it was far too hot.
