Simply Poke in Santa Fe Springs has the best poke I’ve ever had! Usually I need to douse the bowl with sauces but here, since everything is so fresh, there is no need! Their lava sauce and spicy mayo are fire!!! The owners told me that they make the sauces from scratch which is why I can taste the difference from other spots, especially with their spicy mayo. My favorite proteins from here are salmon and spicy tuna. Great value for the portion they give you. They also have sushi rice instead of plain white rice which I love! Because the owners are always there, the quality is consistent. Definitely recommend!!!

I eat there pretty often cuz it’s near my job. love that place and everyone that works there is super nice.
this is one of my favorites! I haven’t found another place that gets the sauce right and the toppings are just perfect.
