Smoked some pork yesterday (forgot to take any pics 🤷♀️) and decided to try making a Benedict with it for lunch today. First ever hollandaise (screwed up my first try, but got it on the second) and added some West Indian hot sauce to it (Barrons). Warmed the pork in a hot pan with butter and added just a little homemade bbq sauce. Poached eggs (also my first success with those) on top of a wheat English muffin. Omg….so good!!
