Hi, my oven door exploded yesterday so that threw my dinner plans out the window! I’m just wondering what would be the best way for this to be cooked in a slow cooker? Can I cook it with veggies? Any advice would be appreciated!

    Carrots potatoes on bottom, lamb on top, some onions over that, bit of broth. Low and slow.

    Seasonings, would be all of them that you would like, i like a bit of lemon and pepper and italianseas mix.

    Do you have to use the slow cooker?
    I don’t find that lamb needs that long a roast like a pork shoulder or chuck roast might

    I’d cube it up & make skewers for the grill or broiler to serve with veg & pita and yoghurt sauce
