It’s all the hype right now and while I’m not a big hype beast I am an ice cream beast.
FWIW, HEB has not started stocking it yet but I was assured “soon.”

I tried a pint, honestly I’d rather have a ginger ale or rootbeer float ice cream. For me the Dr Pepper flavor didn’t hit.

Once for ounce, Tillamook is somehow less expensive than Blue Bell at HEB.

Saw it at a convenience store and picked one up. Not much of a Dr. Pepper flavor, not much flavor of anything honestly, would not buy it again.

Although I don’t drink it very often, I like Dr Pepper. I tried this flavor of ice cream and thought it was pleasant tasting but needed more Dr Pepper flavor to make it live up to its name.

Heb by alamo lakeline has it. I grabbed some cause texas but wouldn’t pick over regular vanilla and barqs/mug for a float.

How much listeria in this one? I understand why Blue Bell was able to get away with knowingly killing people and not even feel the need to apologize, but it still doesn’t sit right with me.

So, the thing about Blue Bell is they let Listeria run rampant in their factory, hid it, lied about it as people died, and then acted like nothing happened. Of course growing up in Texas I have nostalgia for Blue Bell, but I also don’t want to give my money to a company that so plainly and cynically disregards public health for profit.
