My family likes this one too. So simple, yet so delicious!

My wife and I enjoy this one as well, though we had to improvise this go around because they forgot to include the pesto.
I let them know and of course they gave us a credit, so no complaints there, but we didn’t know what we could sub that we might have in the house.
We mentioned it to our neighbors (they are really good cooks) who said that the Kirkland Pesto is really good and would work for the recipe. So my wife went to Costco for paper towels, the Kirkland Pesto and gas.
The Kirkland Pesto was far better than whatever brand HF provides because the dish was way way more flavorful this time.
