I just returned from a trip to London where I had one of the best things I’ve ever eaten outside of home food. It was a jackfruit-based vegan Rendang curry in Borough market. While I’m sure their personal spice blend is what made the curry so fantastic, I’m curious to check if people have about suggestions for finding something similar here. FYI – I’m looking for any good tasting Rendang than a jackfruit-based solution.
I’ve been a fan of Singapore Banana Leaf but for their Nasi Goreng rather than Malaysian curry.

The rendang at wallflower was very good. Very expensive and a bit on the milder side iirc, but still very nicely done. Simpang Asia is also worth trying.
