Inspired by the chobani flips that I wish came in a bigger serving size (so it could be a full breakfast for me) and the cheesecake yogurt trend I’ve seen on social media.
Basically fill a measuring cup up with nonfat Greek yogurt (a cup is a lot of yogurt so I usually don’t fill the measuring cup completely). Then add the jello packet cheesecake flavor pudding powder, 1/4 is 90 calories but I’ve been eating this for a while and one pudding packet makes about 8 servings for me (if the yogurt is zero sugar I add a bit more powder like today). Mix well, takes more than 1-2 stirs. Then cut up strawberries and add them, crush up a serving of graham crackers and add them. And then I add cool whip for a lighter better texture….SOOOOO GOOD literal dessert.
I have a horrible sweet tooth and THIS leaves nothing to be desired while also helping me reach my protein goal and being filling enough for a full meal!!! Please try it. When I have really bad pms cravings I also make this with 4-5 oreos no strawberries or graham crackers. One time after a day out with friends I came home and make this for a quick indulgent dinner (the Oreo version) literally sooo good 🤣

I know some people have lower calorie goals (I’m currently very active at 10k steps a day, working out 4-5 weeks with cardio and weights) so remember this is indulgent and you can use half the amount of graham crackers and skip the cool whip if you want as well!
