I had them on low for about 6hours and 30 minutes. Used 450g of ribs and put some rub and bbq sauce on them. Havent tasted them yet but I’m curious if this looks too cooked?

You posted them before eating them. Why, Do you like food cold?

No one can tell you that based on this photo. Ribs should be tender, but still have some tooth, not “fall off the bone” as most people believe.
