I’ve absolutely loved my new Kamado. It’s a beast and so far everything I’ve thrown at it is done a great job at! Check out some of my cooks all done with it. Learning more about the vents and when to close them/how much and the proof is in the temp graphs I measure with Meater+ – lots of practice still to do but so far so good!
