I used my free premium meal upgrade to choose this because I love salmon. Overall a good dish, I couldn’t get the sauce to thicken up though. I loved the veggie scramble and the flavors all went really well together. Probably a 9/10. I’m not sure if I believe it is worthy of being “premium” but perhaps that is because of the salmon itself.
