Just made the mint ice cream. Came out great, but my family things it’s too herbal. Looking for any tips from anyone who has made this recipe.

Next time I am looking at reducing the amount of mint, or maybe a shorter steep. I saw some people talk about processing the mint with the sugar vs steeping, or making thier own extract. These are also options.

I feel like there are many ways to go, so any tips you may have developed would be appreciated.
