I got this pic with the ‘delivered!’ Text last week. That’s still in someone’s car. Never got our box. Checked all the surrounding buildings in my apartment complex, nothing. They refunded the money to our hellofresh account, not our bank account, so that kinda sucked. Have ordered for 5-6 weeks and never had any issues lol. Man’s stole our food 🙁

Push them for a refund. You didn’t receive the service that you paid for. I’ve never had a problem getting a refund if I tell them that I do not wish to accept a credit.
