How long do you cook your roast ? And at what setting?

I’ve made a sandwich the next day. Absolutely delicious. My husband never thinks of making sandwiches with the leftover roast (I grew up eating them). I made this a few months ago this for my oldest daughter & her family for Sunday dinner at my house, and she LOVED it.
