    Cookies and Cream Granola (gluten free & vegan)

    Here’s how:

    Ingredients
    2 C gluten free rolled oats
    1/2C chocolate @kos vegan protein powder (optional)
    1/4C black cocoa powder (May sub with regular cocoa powder)
    1/4C refined coconut or avocado oil
    4-5 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2C white chocolate chips (use dairy free for vegan)

    Directions
    1. Preheat oven the 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
    2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients— oats, protein powder (if using), and cocoa powder .
    3. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and oil. combine.
    4. Spread granola mixture on to parchment paper. Use your hands to form larger clusters as you like!
    5. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately add the white chocolate chips so they can get melty. Let cool completely, then add a few more chocolate chips.
    6. Store in an airtight container.
