So I have a habit of tracking calories for about 3-5 days and then completely falling off it. I’m trying to develop consistency and accountability and I could use some encouragement.
Today I reached my exact calorie goal (1507 cal) which I thought was funny. Those five peanut M&Ms really did the trick haha.
