100g whipped cream
50g white chocolate
180g sour cream
50g Greek yogurt
2 whole eggs (approximately 120g)
9g lemon juice
20g cornstarch
Pan size: 21x8x6cm
Baking temperature:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack.
