Hey everyone, I’m trying to clean my manual ROK espresso machine. I’d like to add the never conversion kit but I have to remove some parts first. There is this clear funnel that I need to remove but it’s impossible because between the metal and the plastic there is so much lime scale. Any tips to removing it? I soaked and submerged it in baking soda and vinegar over night and no luck. Thank you!

Leave off the baking soda. They cancel out each other. The vinegar by it self should dissolve the lime scale.
I had the same problem whe I did mine. It just needed some muscle. Soaking in just vinegar should help too. Also make sure you are turning it the right way(counterclockwise).
Can’t help with the issue sorry. But how do you like the machine? I have been very interested in getting one.
