  1. 3 red/orange/yellow peppers

    4 zucchinis

    250 grams of halloumi cheese

    1 egg

    Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg to taste

    Chop the veggies up and add some oil, bake veggies for 20 minutes @ 400. Turn veggies, bake for 10 minutes. Slice and add halloumi cheese to pan and put on for another 10 minutes.

    Add a poached egg on top with a side of ketchup and you’re golden 🙂
