I’d pay good money to eat those – nice presentation with the sesame seeds.

Proper job! Now try a pasty XD

Being English, I’ve eaten them in one form or another for over 60 years. Never had them with sesame seeds on though. You’ll have to post the tasting reactions from the Guinea pigs.

Never seen sesame seeds on sausage rolls before.

They look great. Better than many I’ve seen in the shops.
Now have one hot with chips and baked beans to make a truest British dinner

Look gorgeous! Wish I could try one

That looks better than most sausage rolls you’d find here. Impressive.

A fantastic looking tray of cats arses(slang term, cos the round end of the sausage meat looks like a cats arse). The sprinkling of sesame seeds is elite standard presentation.

The pastry looks amazing. I’d give em a try

Look brilliant to me. I also love the extra that the sesame seeds give.
Great work

Certainly not traditional, but they look and im sure they taste really great nonetheless! The gourmet looking version of my favourite lunchtime snack? Sounds good to me

These look fancy! I would eat them.

They look good, did they taste good? I kinda want a cross section

Already way ahead of the Greggs ‘sausage’ rolls

Looks good! Traditionally though the seal is at the bottom side not bottom middle, and is crimped. Start with the pastry flat on the surface, place your sausage mix, then roll one half of the pastry over to the other edge, then seal the edges.

Not a criticism just a tip. Put some slashes in the top of the pastry before baking. You want the layers for flakiness but not the volume of full puff pastry.

Looks amazing I think its gona taste great, dare I say it looks better than most I’ve seen even the big G… I’d pay above market rates but not Camden Market rates looolz

They look like euro sausage rolls. Are you from mainland Europe by any chance?

Actually looks pretty good! The pastry looks to be of a croissant likeness 😋

Obviously the proof is in the eating, but they look great.😊

Wait are sausage rolls a UK thing? I genuinely thought they were world wide

You’re British now.

As a Brit and a lover of Greggs (home of the sausage roll) they look funkin amazing!!!

These look good, I definitely eat one 😋 Not criticisms, but a few tips you might like to follow some time, adding a little water to the meat mix helps puff the pastry, and taste-wise I always like to put a light spread of English mustard on the pastry before rolling it up. This recipe is the one I use:
