    Knocked up a quick pasta and chicken dish for Friay night.

    The sauce is some passata, sliced garlic, olive oil, basil (chiffonade?) and a few chilli flakes.

    I rubbed some Italian herbs and cayenne pepper into the chicken and gave it about 12 mins at 180C in the air-fryer.

    Bit of basil on top for show, et voila!
