For context, I usually receive my box on Friday between 9:00 AM and 12 noon. However, yesterday it was delayed all day. I usually wake up around 9, so when I woke up this morning and it was still not delivered, I contacted support (which I later realized is an automated system) who could not give me a delivery window. So in frustration, I googled the Veho warehouse and drove over. The guys there found my box, and sent me home with two extra boxes that had been destined for Minnesota but unloaded at the Orlando FL office.
