    Recipe:

    •chicken tenderloins

    •sour cream or greek yogurt (1 1/2 cups)

    •tomato purée (29 oz)

    •paprika (1/2 tablespoon)

    •cumin (1 tablespoon)

    •cinnamon (1/2 tablespoon)

    •ginger (2 tablespoons minced)

    •garlic (didn’t measure, minced)

    •Garam masala (2 tablespoons)

    •salt & pepper

    •2 bay leaves

    •1 small onion

    • heavy cream (1 cup)

    • corn starch (1/2 tablespoon)

    Method:

    •mix tomato purée and sour cream or yogurt. Add spices.

    •coat chicken with sauce.

    •cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

    •in the last 30 mins, whisk corn starch and cream together and add to crockpot. Cook for about another 20 mins.
