This man has ordered multiple giant orders ($80+) of food with different credit cards and names. We’ve been getting chargebacks on all the orders placed by him through online ordering/pickup. Our staff is now aware of his face/method/car, happening on East Side of Austin off Airport and Oak springs. If you have any info please lmk! But all we can do right now is deny him his order and argue with Toast Tab support. Is this happening to anyone else?

How is that not theft or fraud?
Is there not a process to dispute the chargeback?
