    If anyone in here has the Amex Platinum, you can sign up to NYT and get NYT Cooking, The Athletic etc.. and Amex’s streaming service credit will cover it, up to $20 per month.

    There are browser extensions that will turn off JavaScript for specific sites. This doesn’t work on ALL paywalls, but if they’ve done paywalling the cheap and dirty way, you’re good.
