Leftover chicken cutlet Chicken bacon swiss caesar sandwich w/ homemade Caesar dressing, onions tomato lettuce on a Kaiser-esque roll. Breakdown in comments

For the dressing I didn’t have anchovies or lemons, I also didn’t measure: – Mayo, like 2 spoonfuls – Spicy brown deli mustard (I had no Dijon) – Worcestershire sauce (a few shakes to substitute for the anchovies) – Squeezed lime wedge – Grated Parmesan – Small splash of vegetable oil – Splash of red wine vinegar (out of white) – Garlic powder – S&P (to taste, but generous with the cracked pepper) – Sprinkle of red pepper flakes
On the roll I laid down a base of shredded cheddar and slice of Swiss before adding dressing and diced white onions. Two pieces of homemade breaded chicken cutlets leftover from last night. Salt and dressing, then tomato and more s&p, Swiss cheese and a little cheddar.
Melted under broiler
I almost forgot the bacon, which is why it’s not under the cheese. Dressing on top roll with more diced onion, and fresh lettuce before closing.
This was a holy experience for me, I must say. I really didn’t think it was gonna be so incredible.
