    This was delicious! For the base, I had some premade tsuya that I think really added a lot of flavor to the broth. Funny enough, what I thought was frozen beef was actually pork, but it was still good and I could imagine beef would be even better. I was able to cut the frozen meat thin on the mandolin which turned out better than I thought it would. The picked ginger was a nice addition. 8.5/10 would make it again
