Curry tsukumen ramen. With the pepper, curry and lime there are a lot of flavors going on. They all seem to come together in a very pleasing way. The noodles had the perfect amount of chew. The egg was slightly overdone but the karaage was fried perfectly.

I got this two weeks ago and I was REALLY surprised on how much I liked it! The curry is a bit more dashi forward, but it works with the noodles squeezed with plenty of that lime. So yummy if you are Japanese Curry fiend.
