Absolutely lovely array of fish and accompaniments. After starting with the tuna ribs and mushroom medley (highly recommend the latter, both were amazing though), we began sushi with the halibut “Amanda’s Way” which was worth the up-charge. Then we enjoyed a flight of different salmon (get the dry-aged while you can). Softshell crab roll next (just all right), followed by the amaebi (sweet shrimp) which I highly recommend, make sure you get the head fried. Finally we finished with ikura and quail egg (a personal favorite of mine) and a seared scallop roll. Service was outstanding as always.
