Chop up boneless skin-on chicken thighs (or just break down a whole chicken), brown slightly in some oil, add water and sauce along with vegetables, which can include onion/cabbage/potato/carrot/scallions/etc. Add some tteok/dangmyeon or parboiled ramen towards the end if you want. Add extra chopped peppers/garlic/soy sauce/sugar as necessary to adjust the seasoning. The final consistency of the sauce should be fairly thin.
