Indian Chicken Curry as I learned it a couple of years ago from an Indian lady on YouTube (unfortunately the channel doesn’t exist anymore).
I’ve not been shy on olive oil, but replaced sugar with agave syrup.
The cals in the recipe screenshot are for 2 servings. 1 serving is 381 for the dish and 213 cals for the rice. That’s less than I thought, then again it’s all healthy and natural ingredients. Could even still save cals on oil and yoghurt, if need be.
