This dinner tastes better than I expected so I thought I’d share it with you guys!

I know this dish is a far cry from an authentic Philly Cheesesteak but it hit the spot and I was able to use up ingredients that I already had on hand which is a win in my books!

It’s creamy, has lots of veggies, and high protein (51g to be exact).

Breakdown for 1 serving:
150g of lean ground beef (384 cal)
1 Laughing Cow wedge (35 cal)
28g cheddar cheese (100 cal)
1 bell pepper (37 cal)
1/3 yellow onion (12 cal)
1/2 cup white rice (160 cal)
