It’s almost like a feta cheese but made of cows milk and it melts in your mouth unlike feta which has some bite/chew to it. It’s labeled as a soft cheese , doesn’t say feta anywhere on the box. It’s nowhere near as hard or crumbly as feta. Any ideas where I can have some luck ? I’m looking into all my local German, Polish, Greek markets etc but no luck.

This looks similar to cheeses I’ve gotten at Arab/Middle Eastern grocery stores, so you might want to looks for stores like that near you. I think many of the similar cheeses I’ve seen are products of Turkey. Hope that helps!
You can’t call it Feta in Europe unless it comes from Greece.

My German relatives live about an hour from their production site and it’s a rare find in local supermarkets in the area so unless you find a way of purchasing it online I think you’re chances are pretty low tbh
maybe try some of the eastern European and Balkan groceries in Ridgewood
Try Netcost Market in Rego Park Queens
