It is pasta, what is the matter?
I buy it sometimes and I live in Italy

What kind of color do you expect from dried pasta? Of course it’s golden yellow.

…Do you know that all dried pasta is yellow right?

Don’t ever again compare the top tier Molisana with that garbage Barilla

  6. Maybe because it says “trafilatura Classica” on the package which means “classic drawing” instead of bronze drawing which gives the rougher texture

It’s pretty funny that people on this subreddit doesn’t know what the problem is. A good brand like La molisana shouldn’t be this yellow in color, it should have a longer cooking time and a more rough texture. This one I got doesn’t meet any of those 3 things.

There is a molisana pasta that looks much different: https://ibb.co/85ZrN0d
