
Hiya, I followed an easy Korean lunch/breakfast tiktok for a rice bowl. Included 2 fried eggs, sticky rice, crushed seaweed and some leftover beef
Sauce is gochujang, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds and a little chilli crisp.
I have a little packet of seaweed sheets for each bite too but I’m finding it almost overwhelmingly umami and savoury.
What else would you recommend adding in order to cut through this a little?
Thank you, trying new things and I love it but halfway through its a struggle and I want to finish the whole bowl.
