This article lost all credibility when they called Anthony rose a chef.

I remember this guy had a Montreal steamy hotdog on the menu at one of his restaurants. Worst hotdog I’ve ever had and an insult to the steamy hotdog. Also charged $13 for two hotdogs.
This person has no right or authority to talk about tubed meat.
