Are these supposed to be eaten raw or cooked? Bought this from h mart and ate a good bit. Stomach feels slightly uneasy but I may just be in my head. The sell by date gives me pause.

I got food poisoning from marinated baby crabs from HMart years ago. You’ll know if you got it, you’ll be pressure washing your toilet the bad way.
That being said there’s not much you can do about it except stay hydrated. Life is all about risks, do what makes you happy. I still go to HMart when I can but I avoid their marinated seafood. I love it but it’s not worth the risk for me.
