Great job! the edge alveoli are perfect and the thickness correct. A dough with the correct hydration and baked at the correct temperature. I am Italian and also a chef Good job India! By the way your country’s food is great! Ciao

Very well done. I suggest to cover basil with mozzarella the next time, in order not to have it burnt due to the high temperature. You can also choose to add it afterwards if you prefer (I usually follow the first approach).
