It’s potluck time of year. There are certain meals you can prepare ahead of time and serve later….chili, roast, pulled pork…but what about green curry? You can dice up your chicken, curry paste, lime, cane sugar, and veggies and cook in low in the crockpot. I recommend separating the cream from the coconut water for the canned coconut milk and stirring in the cream right before serving to keep the texture right, but it’s ok if you want. Depending on if you like veggies crunchy or not, you may want to add veggies an hour before serving or so.
