I made eomuk bokkeum before, but only with those thin sheets of fishcakes from the freezer. This time I found fishcakes by Dodo from the fridge section, nice and thick cakes. They taste wonderfull!! Might be using a bit less gochujang next time to make it a bit less saucy, lol.
