This was also my first time making it, so even if it doesn’t look professional or anything lol , I’m happy with it It tasted great and that’s what’s most important.

Looks great! Pork roast turns out so well from the slow cooker, and it doesn’t shrink like beef does.

I’m gonna be making carnitas in the slow cooker today. I’m also making a batch in the Dutch oven with lard. I wanna taste the difference
