Steak Frites with a red wine and onion dipping sauce
Cast iron seared filets finished in the oven. The fries were fried in olive oil and tossed in a garlic butter and topped with Parmesan and finished in the oven as well! Fries were a little overcooked but still pretty tasty.

Damn those fries look just as good as the steak
