  1. Thanks for sharing this information. I’m not having any problems, but will keep this in mind in case I need to try it in the future.

  2. Most of my bin and container plants are doing well.
I have a few of the layered containers that are okay but not as robust as the ones directly in the bins.
I’m going to try this. 💚

  3. Robbie, last summer I used outdated, spoiled goat milk, half with water. Omg no blossom end rot and my tomatoes and cukes pruduced awesomely!

  4. Robbie I can't seem to find where I can update my membership with a new card information. The only thing I can see is to cancel then subscribe again which I don't want to do.

  5. I just looked up the ingredients in Enfamil. It lists two prebiotics. Maybe that could be the magic plant growth ingredient. Lactose, which is milk sugar, is one of the first ingredients listed.
Soluble seaweed fertilizer has been my magic ingredient so far.

  6. Thank you for the tip. I haven't thought of baby formula as superfood for plants. And here I thought your secret was something taboo. I use other stuff that are making people more squeamish than that. But it's useful info to keep in the back of my mind. You're making me think what could be the active components in baby formula that are boosting plants to much.
Out of my head, I immediately think that of course, calcium helps blossom rots and strong cell walls. Natural sugar would make microbes and worms and bacteria go crazy. Proteins and amino acids are indeed boosters for the micro-organisms. It makes sense. Will have to look at the percentage of potassium and phosphorus and other trace elements in baby formula.

  7. Thank you so much Robbie!! I have colostrum capsules, will those work like the formula? Weird question I’m sure, but had to ask!

  8. My squash plants are very tuff after cooking. I’ve tried different types of seeds. Last year it was the same thing.

  9. Thank you for sharing Robbie, I will on the hunt for expired formula.

  10. Great suggestion. I used liquid vitamins mixed in water and WOW the plants got very dark green and started to grow like crazy. Maybe it is the vitamin's in the formula!! Thanks to the info.

  11. Robbie thank you so much for this amazing information on infant formula for your bad looking plants🥰🥰🥰

  12. I have a tomato plant that looks really bad, I will let you know if it works for it🥰🥰🥰

  13. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and explaining everything so thoroughly, especially when you demonstrate how you do it with your own plants. I love your personality and your big heart ❤

  14. Thanks for the information! I have used antacid tablets (calcium carbonate) for blossom end rot before. Have you ever tried this?

  15. One year had my tiny garden all set up. Then a deluge of rain came lasting about every other day for about 3 weeks. I also acquired blossom end rot. I added powdered milk wit some that only had about 2 weeks before use by date. It helped a lot.

  16. This recipe sounds reasonable enough to me, Robbie. We're experiencing too many downpours…even hail as well as partly cloudy & humid days. We're under Flood Watch in some areas & the mosquitoes have taken over even though I had Orkin fog my yards. I have 2 Enfamil liquid bottles that expired in April. My dogs are getting older, so I have some on hand in case they won't eat or I need to mix it with organic pumpkin when they have tummy issues.
I appreciate everything I've learned from Gary & you. My Passion Flower is climbing like its own version of Jack and the Beanstalk. And to think she survived 4 yrs. & 4 days in a Solo-type cup for that long. Besides my dogs, she's my pride & joy. Much love & blessings, ~ Covah

  17. Great idea. Sounds like a good idea to keep a container on hand for those special occasions plants need a boost. Thank you Robbie! 👍🏻♥️
Dang, I just checked Walmart online. I had NO idea how expensive the formula is now days! I feel bad for parents trying to afford formula. These are crazy pants times indeed!

  18. I see why you were being so cautious. You did a great job of explaining how and when to use it. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

  19. I am a RN in NICU. Rarely, we have some formula expire. We try to rotate etc, but occasionally we do + have to dispose it. I will spread the word + ask to save some for my plants.
I appreciate your info + being cautionary about not depleting the market!
I have twin grand daughters- we had to really search for their formula last year after the recall.
Wonder if it will help my heat stressed zucchini + Cucumbers. I put up flags etc. to try + shade them + am giving more water.
Is it normal to have many, many male flowers + no female?
Even my happy ones don't have females.
