Use empty sriracha containers as twist top cooking oil dispensers

Sriracha bottles have been re-used for all sorts of things. If you’re south-east Asian in the US, this is pre-requisite knowledge that all those sriracha bottles that are not bright red chili sauce are in some state of re-use.
Light can breakdown oils so be sure to keep it in a dark place.

It’s a bit redundant because cooking oil often comes in plastic anyway, but I’ve read that oil can absorb chemicals from plastic, so ideally you should use glass instead.

I dunno…every Huy Fong Sriracha bottle I have had has oozed liquid from just sitting there, probably from remnants in the nifty nozzle cap.
