Lazy Boeuf finished after 5 hours it looks the same.

    After 5 hours of cooking and a nice stir this came out amazing. No browning, no rendering fat just tossing everything in.

    Recipe:

    Beef

    Carrot

    Onion

    Celery

    Bouillon cubes

    Pepper

    Salt

    Red wine

    Mushrooms

    Flour

    Tomato paste

    Thyme

    Bay leaves

    Minced bacon

    Tiny sour/sweet onions
