The branding is awful but it’s zero calories with salt and potassium! If you’re looking for a ready-made alternative to keto-aid this is an easy solution! Picked it up at a gas station.

It doesn’t carry a lot in terms of sodium and potassium. I’ve had them and can vouch for their tastiness. And it is cool they have some niacin and b and e vitamin included.
