Kenji, you’ve knocked it out of the park here. I’ve made this three times now. The sauce is killer, and you get a LOT of it.

But a half-hour? Seriously? Maybe for a pro.

Also, I don’t follow the Assembly instructions exactly; I just spread some sauce in the glass pan, dip the tortilla in it, add some chicken, roll it up and turn it over. Seems easier than rolling up and then transferring.
