2 days at 137f. Dried off. Seasoned. Air fryer at 400 for about 10min. Then glaze with bulgogi reduction.

    I have some spare ribs I’ve been thinking of doing that way… did you glaze in the air fryer?

  2. Looks delicious. Did you use a homemade bulgogi sauce or just reduced a store bought sauce?
